Evil Electric Dragon

alright :3 well- is hosting a contest to make an evil dude who is also an Electric dragon :3 so this i sketched up right away. this is the result after bringing it into photoshop and coloring it for design reference
X'D i don't have a name for him- unless you would rather name him, Kira, however i do really like him :3 i wana give him a hug.....though hed probubly shock me to death X'D
